How do I return an item?
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased Bernardo shoes from another retailer and wish to return it, we require that you return the purchase to the retailer where the item was originally purchased. Please review the return policy of the retailer for details on how to initiate a return. The retailer will have the option to contact our wholesale division on your behalf to have an item inspected for a factory defect if necessary. Unfortunately we cannot process returns that were not purchased directly from us.

If you would like to exchange or refund a purchase made from our website, please following these steps.
1. We suggest that you first try on and test your new footwear on a carpeted floor before street wearing the product; we are unable to exchange or refund items that have been worn.
2. If you would like to exchange or refund an item, we ask that this transaction be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. This date will appear on your receipt.
3. To exchange or refund an item simply mail or ship the item to the address listed below, and please make sure that you clearly label the package “Attn: Consumer Returns”. Return shipping is not included in your purchase but you may choose the return shipping carrier of your choice. We encourage you to use a method of shipping that provides you with tracking information. If your package is not clearly marked, delivery of your package may not be accepted.
4. Please enclose your full contact information, along with instructions as to the exchange or refund of your purchase. Please include your phone number, as well as the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit card number so that we may process your refund in a timely manner. Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your credit card refund.
