I have worn Bernardo sandals since the late 60's. (I was 9 when I got my first pair of Miami sandals in white) I don't think there is a more comfortable, classic looking sandal made. My only current disappointment is that a few of the pairs that I ordered this year, have a fabric label (cool design) that I fear will look tattered and old very soon. I prefer the original labeling....I keep these sandals forever!

I have been wearing Bernardo shoes since 1968 and I love them. I ordered Milly as they were the closest to the originals that I purchased in 68, but I am still looking for the original type. They were like the Milly, but the strap around the ankle and the one from the toe to the anklestrap were flat. Doyou still make that type and what is it called. I still have mine from 68 and still wear them. Can you help me?

didn"t fit correctly |

I have been a Bernardo fan since my mom used to wear them in the 60's and have always loved the simplicity, quality and reliability of the name. I have returned this pair because of the fit. The strap that goes around the ankle and buckles was so short that I had to put it in the last hole. It should have had a longer strap with additional holes to fit properly. If I attached at an other hole the strap forced my foot over the base footpad/sole of the sandle. I am so disapointed b/c I really wanted these sandals.
