I am so glad you asked for feedback. I've worn Bernardo shoes for years. Always a favorite ballet shoe. My recent purchase (2 pairs) was good. My attempt to order 2 more pair was a huge fiasco. Received wrong size, no response to 3 emails, then the desired shoes were sold out. Question: How do you finally respond today to emails your customer service said you didn't receive? If my emails went into spam, I think I would have that issue checked out. Now what? I think as a business I would politely try to make a long time customer at least a little happy instead of being defensive over a mistake that originated on your end.-------The product is excellent, the service leaves a lot to be desired. A NOTE FROM BERNARDO: We apologize for the confusion on the email response. Occasionally email is caught in our spam filter and found later. As we noted in your call to our office, we'd be happy to special order the shoe from our factory on your behalf to allow you to get the correct size.
