This three-banded sandal was photographed in Italy for an ad featured in Bazaar in may 1969. The cobble stone street in the photograph was possibly built by Julius Caesar, one of the original triumvirate rulers. The ad states: "In sandals Bernardo stands alone. The Triumvirate Sandal rises to power on a platform." This re-issue of the style is hand-crafted in Italy of high quality materials.

2.5" heel height and 1" platform. Three sage leather adjustable straps. Stacked wood sole with leather bottom.
